Please carefully verify the printing content, text, phone number, QR code and other typesetting content before placing an order. If the production of bulk goods starts after confirmation, our company will not be responsible for any printing errors found after production.

First, material: environmentally friendly natural rubber + Jiachi cloth

1. The cloth surface is made of high-density Jiachi cloth, with a delicate and smooth surface, suitable for most optical mice and easy to use for positioning.

2. The bottom surface is designed with international standard 3L natural rubber 88 anti-skid lines, which will not slide easily on any desktop.

3. Process: ordinary monochrome screen printing (limited to one LOGO, the printed surface has a bump feeling, printing twice,), bottom screen printing (foreign single brand requires bottom screen printing, LOGO color is clear, printing times more than 7 times, the production cost will be higher than ordinary printing), color thermal transfer printing (suitable for most mouse pad printing, after high temperature sublimation printing, very extensive, bright color).

Second, color

The color of the finished mouse pad cannot be required by the color of the computer screen. The printed color and the display color are two completely different color concepts. Therefore, the printed product will be different from the color displayed by the computer; the mouse pad is the mouse pad, not the artwork.

Third, explain

1. Order in large quantities, and the price will be negotiated separately; the price = calculated according to the quantity, specification and thickness.

2. The product quotation does not include OPP packaging. The price is charged according to the specification and size, and the price is consulted by customer service. Other questions are subject to the customer service chat agreement.

3. Excluding freight and taxes (3 points for general ticket and 10 points for ticket increase), we will handle the consignment, and the freight will be paid on delivery. If the chat with customer service agrees otherwise, the agreed content shall prevail.

4. Our factory has a large number of white cloth spot mouse pads, most of which are produced according to customer needs, because there are too many pictures of mouse pads, each customer's needs are different, and the update speed is very fast. We will do whatever the customer takes. We will not accept the return after production, because the printing is not easy to deal with, so please confirm in advance; in special circumstances, we can negotiate to help customers deal with the difficulties encountered.

5. Edge locking service: conventional edge locking, precision edge locking, the price is charged according to the size of the specification, please consult customer service for the price.

6. We can do all kinds of special requirements, special specifications, and special shapes. As long as you make a request, we will do our best to meet it. Our company has been focusing on OEM experience for many years in mouse pads.

Fourth, product quality acceptance standards:

(1) The manufacturer prints the documents provided by the purchaser, and the document mode is converted to CMYK color value and color printing.

We will print in strict accordance with the CMYK color value standard in the document. A 10% deviation in the color difference of the printing color is a normal phenomenon. Some difficult printing may only reach 80% of the color. There will be different shades in a batch of goods; this situation cannot be avoided.

Long-term cooperation customers, the same document; different printing, the color is slightly different. (Note: Regular customers, please give us a few of the original couriers, we will follow the color printing according to the previous color, if not according to the previous color, we will re-adjust the color, and the color will be slightly different from the one we just started).

For customers with high color requirements, it is recommended that you perform pre-proofing confirmation first or come to the factory to color on the spot.

(2) Due to the thermal expansion and contraction of rubber, the thickness deviation of the material is plus or minus 0.2mm-0.3MM, and the length and width of the small specification are plus or minus 2-3mm. The keyboard extension pad has a difference of 2-3CM, which is a normal phenomenon. The rubber is elastic. Our knife molds are made in strict accordance with the standard size. Sometimes there will be size deviations in the rubber products, which is unavoidable.

(3) Rubber smell problem: Rubber products are not rubber if they have no smell. The mouse pads in our factory are odor-free and non-toxic, and the smell of rubber itself is a little bit. This is a normal smell, and the smell will be stronger when it is just made.? Because it has been heat transferred at high temperature, it is good to put it in a ventilated place for a period of time after receiving the goods. Generally, it cannot be smelled if it is not close to the nose.

Regarding the Advertising Law:

Because the Advertising Law mentions that limit words cannot be used when promoting products, it is expressly prohibited to use them, but there is no complete list description for the time being. Due to the large number of products in this store, the language used by our artists when describing the products or the description language introduced by the customer service during consultation may be defective. The relevant description only represents our own main viewing method and feelings about the products. It is only a general modifier and is only for the reference of visitors or buyers.
